We are grateful for the dedication and leadership of the 2025 Executive Council and our Immediate Past President, Dr. Shazia Savul. Their efforts to strengthen connection and support within our community have been especially meaningful, and we aim to carry that spirit forward.

APPNA-PUN was founded on the vision of creating a local platform for physicians of Pakistani descent across Pennsylvania, Upper Delaware, and New Jersey to foster cultural growth, community, and service. Over the years, this chapter has supported aspiring physicians, brought families together, and served the broader community through medical fairs and outreach.

In 2026, we have arranged an Annual Picnic for families on 06/14/2026 and an Annual Banquet dinner on 10/24/2026. I will try my best to keep the important role of APPNA as a secular and non-political organization in accordance with its non for profit IRA 501(c) (3) professional mandate.
We look forward to continuing this mission by growing our membership and expanding resources for our members and their families, ensuring a strong sense of support and belonging for generations to come, Inshallah.
